Snow is foolishly clinging to the idea of never having to take responsibility for anything while losing everything and everyone around him, from his fiance to the innocent civilians.

Lightning doesn't have a moment like the other characters do. She doesn't have a moment that you can point to as evidence that her character has changed and developed.
There's no arc to the character. She just suddenly goes from being a loner to watching out for Hope to suddenly not wanting to punch Snow anymore. And all of these developments are ds3 lightning arrow not through the game itself, but through the datalog. And even if it does change, it's too little, too late. The story gets worse after the pightning comes together because it suddenly makes less sense.
